If you like to shop, great location between ciputra and central park malls. The apartments are cleaned regularly but furniture and interior/bathrooms was dated and a little dirty. Bedding and pillows great, cleaned daily. Great view of city. Wifi connectivity very poor, which the kids didn't like! Also, only one key for apartment for 5 people. Lots of pros and cons.

We have stayed here before, location is excellent, the condition of the room was disappointing, drapes were in our condition bathrooms had leaks, general confirm dates and in bed of just general maintenance. The beds though were comcast.net, and cooking facilities were very good. There was a store on site which was very well stocked, and reasonable.

You get what you pay for ..

I booked a one-room suite at this hotel because of the attractive price on Hotels.com and for its proximity to Central Park. In fairness, for the price, I do not expect a great deal. The room was dated and in need of some maintenance - the hot water mixer was difficult to adjust, and the lamp in the living room was not working. The bathroom came with the usual amenities, but there was precious little else - no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board, and although an electric kettle was provided, there were only two coffee cups but NO SPOONS.S Service from the front desk was good, they were polite and helpful, as was the doorman. What I do not find acceptable is that the hotel charges for every vehicle (including cabs and Grab) that enters - even to drop off or to pick up. This does not make sense. The amount was not large - Rp4000 - but it is a poor management decision.

Die Lobby ist in einem perfektem zustand, alles ist neu, alles glänzt. Die perfekte Illusion ist geschaffen. Das alles kann man von den Wohnungen nicht sagen. Die Apartments sind komplett heruntergekommen. Alte Farbe blättert von den Wänden. Alle Schränke schließen nicht richtig bzw. die Schranktüren gehen max. 45 Grad auf. Alle Fenster sind undicht und die heiße Tropenluft strömt rein (der AC muss die ganze Zeit auf Volllast laufen, damit man es aushält). Auf meine Reklamation, das der AC nicht richtig funktioniert, ist die Housekeeping Dame gekommen und hat erst mal den AC filter vom dicken Staub befreit. Danach musste ich Sie noch bitten, die Batterien von der AC Fernbedienung zu wechseln. Wir haben ein Apartment bekommen das voll mit Haaren gewesen ist. Und ich meine nicht nur eins oder zwei am Boden, sondern in jedem Zimmer, Bad, Küche, auf der Matratze, in der Schlafdecke. Und es waren definitiv keine Tierhaare (zu lang). Warum muss der Gast auf all diese Missstände hinweisen (Schade). Im Pool war eine Lampe defekt und hing nur noch an den Kabeln im Wasser. (was mir sorgen bereitete, Stromschlag). Der Manager hat sich auf Verlangen nicht blicken lassen (Samstag arbeitet der feine Herr nicht) und hat seinen Stellvertreter geschickt. Hier passt Preis-Leistung überhaupt nicht. Positiv: -neue WC's -sehr freundliches Personal (trotz Reklamation) -große Mal's in der Nähe Fazit: NICHT VOR BUCHEN (BEZAHLEN) Sondern Apartments zeigen lassen und erst dann Buchen/Reservieren

The place is literally falling apart. It should have been renovated a long time ago. We had the feeling of not wanting to remove our shoes while inside the room. The staff was excellent and gets our fullest score. The breakfast was excellent and the pool area was nice too.

The hotel room is actually a former apartment minus the stove, which was a very good surprise. The pool area is the real draw as well as the easy walking access to the Central Park/Neo Soho mall superblock. The only bad thing was the bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows weren't comfortable as well.
