Every morning Leila was very pleasant and made sure we were taken care of. Our first room had mold in it but after addressing our concerns with hotel manager Joco, we were upgraded to an executive suite. Joco provided great customer service. But do not expect hotel-level hygiene, it is an apartment with kitchen, felt as if sleeping in college dormitory. Staffs were very nice, I like the food too. If any foreigner with family, this is a right place to stay where you can cook at the room's kitchen, has heat-stove and some plates, but must bring your kits..(pans, etc.).
