Well behaved Staff. Negatives : No – Hot water & Soap on Washbasin (Hot water only in shower), Shampoo, Shower cap, Hairdryer & Iron( not even on request), Fridge. Only a Croissant and a Coffee in Breakfast at Starbucks. Verdict : I didn't face any major problem staying here.
