Strategic location

Pros: Spacious room, great location, swimming pool area is very pretty, and most of the staff were very helpful.
Cons: The routine maintanance of this place needs to be improved. It is not only about adding new equipment or gadget, but the place desperately needs TLC
Location: The location is very central, easy to find and easy to go anywhere from this location. Walking distance to good food, salons and massage.
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the houskeeping staff. The wifi facility was fantastic (when it worked!). The room and beds were very comfortable, but the room facilities are getting very old and tired. The sheets were old and appeared dirty, there was always a puddle of water in the laundry area. The air conditioning in the bedroom leaks. The maintanance of this appartement was poor. Very nice room and location, it will be a shame if they lose customers because they cannot keep up with the maintanance, considering there are so many newer apartements in the area which are very competitive and available.

Very bad apartment, i wish that i paid withoit come to this apartment, i checked in on 2:00 pm,, i checked out on 9:00 pm,, i cant explain how badly this apartment is.

Bad experience

This hotel apartments not worth for money. No soap, dirty towels, broken toilet, dirty bathroom, noisy construction, no towl in the pool and sleepry walkway to the pool area. Parway to every where. Trafick was bad. I will not recommend stay there, better stay in regular hotel. They requested to put deposit $75 dollar usa, now already one week still not refund to my credit card.

Nice reception area, lift foyers were drap and not airconditioned. Our one bedroom apartment was small, as expected, but we were happy with it. Enjoyed the pool area. This accommodation is targetted towards Indonesians I think. Not much English spoken by staff. No alcohol for sale on premises, though you can brink it into the dining area I was told.

Good hotel at a reasonable price

Pros: has its own minimart. Very well maintained pool. The penthouse is an awesome deal for a family of 6.
Location: Eateries outside within walking distance. accessibility to shopping and city area by taxi within 20 to 30 mins
the staff are polite and helpful. The food via room service is good.

gross hotel

The worst hotel . The beddings was not changed, lots of hairs on the linen and it was so unsanitary it will make you throw up. lots of ants. The bathroom was dirty.Gross, Gross hotel.

Not what it looks like

The apartment building looks to be located centrally, but in fact is accessed through a very busy neighborhood, one that most people would rather avoid. The rooms perhaps looked like the pictures on the internet years ago but don't look that way anymore. They are dirty and noisy. There was an old pan, two dishes one glass and a knife that wouldn't cut through a plastic band in the kitchen. The lobby smelled of cigarettes as did everyplace else. The apartments seem to be a favorite of single male visitors to Indonesia with things other than seeing the sights on their mind. I would not bring a family here. Will not return, but if you want cheap basic western accommodations in Indonesia and don't mind getting ads from massage parlors shoved under your door at all hours, then you might want to try it out.
