A business hotel that has a good location with decent services. we had a small hiccup during the check-in due to shift change or communication but it worked out eventually.

Located in Jaipur, Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre is in the city centre and connected to a shopping centre. City Palace and Hawa Mahal are notable landmarks, and travellers looking to shop may want to visit M.I. Road and Johri Bazaar. ISKCON Jaipur, Sri Sri Giridhari Dauji Temple and Nahargarh Biological & Zoological Park are also worth visiting. Our guests appreciate the hotel's central location.

Yet another hotel in India unjustly masquerading as “5-star” when it is clearly not up to the 5-star standard. 1: at check-in our bathroom was not up to standard. Hairs in the tub, dead bugs, no toiletries. Clearly nobody checked the bathroom before giving us our room. Took 2 calls and 5 hours before someone came to fix it. 2: multiple power outages affected the water pump system. Hours went by and the water coming from the showers and sink was a filthy/rusty brownish yellow, absolutely unsanitary. One guest mentioned he believes his wife got quite ill from the water here. 3: consistently took multiple phone calls and 45+ minutes for them to bring toilet paper to our room - insane! We stopped calling and just went out into the hallways looking for a housekeeping cart and asked them. This is a 4-star property with 2-star service and 1-star reliability. It’s almost comical how much complaining is necessary for this apathetic management team to actually do anything. The one positive? Rajeev and Mihir who manage the food and beverage were excellent. Good breakfast, good service, professional and genuine hospitality. The room service from the Chinese restaurant was also good. Eventually they tried to correct the situation & we appreciate that. But it’s unacceptable for any “5-star” establishment to have SO many issues. Jaipur hectic & exhausting. You book a 5-star place expecting that at the very least, you have reliable service and comfort. FAIL.
