(349 reviews) Overall, the stay was good, but there was one major issue. The air conditioning in the room was turned off and only the heater was available. Because the room was on a higher floor with a lot of sunlight, the temperature went up to around 30°C, which made it very uncomfortable. I asked the reception for help, and they offered to bring up a fan, but unfortunately it didn’t make much of a difference.
