Experience an unforgettable stay in our Travel Trailer rental, strategically located to provide spectacular views of Temple Peak and Jacumba Mountain, along with amazing sunset vistas. Equipped with a queen-size bed, TV, coffee maker, refrigerator, and private bathroom with a shower, this unique accommodation blends adventure with comfort. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature without sacrificing modern amenities, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and memorable adventures.  
  
PLEASE NOTE:  
  
\- The property doesn’t require a damage deposit but a valid credit/debit card on file might be needed in case of damages.  
  
\- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

This Desert Tiny Home- B39 (Forest River) features:  
\- 1 RV Queen bed;  
\- Bunk beds;  
\- Sofa;  
\- Flat-screen TV;  
\- Kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster;  
\- Pets allowed on other unit/site;  
\- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:  
\- Front desk and Security (The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM);  
\- Indoor and outdoor swimming pools;  
\- Loungers and umbrellas by the pool;  
\- Outdoor spa tub;  
\- On-site restaurant;  
\- BBQ facilities;  
\- Picnic area;  
\- Business center;  
\- Tennis court;  
\- Laundry facilities;  
\- Weekend cooked-to-order breakfast available for a fee: USD 5–15 per person;  
\- Pets are allowed for a deposit fee of $25, which is non-refundable;

#### DeAnza Stay

A great spot to stay for two nights while we did the 16 mile Goat Trestle Bridge hike. Comfortable, clean, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The grounds are wonderful with hiking trails, pools, hot tub, and a fun bar / restaurant. Would definitely reccomend and would stay again.
