Stylishly decorated for comfort this amazing home promises days of peace and tranquility. The bright and airy living space combines soft furniture offering enough space to fit in everyone and the kitchen to the other side with a large dining table. Well equipped with anything you might need here you will find all the cooking basics and more - a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooking top, microwave, coffee maker, including all cooking basics, utensils, pots, and pans. White vintage cupboards and simple decor create the perfect atmosphere to unleash the master chef in you if you are in the mood to cook up a storm. The open-plan living room also includes a comfortable work desk in case you need to catch up with some business tasks while on vacation. As if overlooking the pool is not distracting enough we have also equipped the place with table football so you can challenge friends of any age to a game or tournament.  
  
Relax in style and grace in the master bedroom, decided in pastel colors and bold wall art. Kick back for a movie night in front of the TV if you are not in the mood for going out. This room has a sofa bed for additional guests, and a private bathroom. A baby crib available upon request ensures that even the youngest travelers will feel pampered. The other two bedrooms sleep 4 guests each, one equipped with two bunk beds and the other one with a double bed and a bunk bed for a total of 12 quests for the entire house. An additional bathroom with a walk-in shower is available as well as one with only a toilet.  
  
This exquisite villa designed to meet guests’s highest expectations for style and comfort also includes a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Don’t mind packing your beach essentials - we provide beach towels and blanket, umbrella, and snorkeling gear as a compliment but we recommend that you bring sunblock and mosquito repellent.  
  
In case you prefer privacy then this is the right place - a private pool just for our guests and a roofed deck with a dining table for all of you to gather outside. Dip in the pool for a few laps any time you feel like it or relax in the sun with a cool drink. Nice big house, very close to the pool/beach access. Good AC in every room. Lots of beds if you have a large group. The pool table room is nice. The backyard pool area is nice but a bit overgrown. Could have been a bit cleaner in some areas and a few minor items need repair, back door lock and some cabinet doors, nothing that really affected our stay.

#### Worst House Nice Block

The resort was great, close to nice beach and clubhouse pool was excellent as well. Unfortunately the rental needed a lot of work, stay was interrupted by a 2 hour maintenance due to large leak in the laundry room that flooded the main floor, upstairs bathroom didn't flush, shower shut off often, sink toilet was clogged all had issues. We killed 2 cockroaches. House dirty in general. Would stay in same resort but never again in that place.

The rooms were all stocked with adjustable AC units to keep it cool. Beautiful pool separate from the beach club pool which is nice for privacy. The surf out front is great for short boarding. There are 24hr security guards and a guard shack at the entrance of the community. 5$ Uber to Jaco for great food/grocery stores. Also the food/drinks at the beach club pool is amazing and very relaxing to spend the day. Robert was responsive and happy to answer any questions if needed via VRBO app. Overall a great stay and would be happy to come back! Thank you Rob amd Sarah!

#### Bonito lugar

Lugar limpio con mejoras a considerar, excelente comunicación con el administrador, seguro pero podría ser más aún una noche un vendedor de camarones y pescado llegó a tocar a nuestra puerta situación por seguridad no nos gustó deberían de ser más cuidadosos de quién ingresa al lugar,y el dueño podría ser más flexible con la hora de entrada y salida (esto sin cobrar un costo extra),la cocina podría estar más equipada y necesita un extractor de grasa además solamente un aire acondicionado para la planta baja es poco .

Very nice clean home. Well equipped and spacious. We really like the very short walk to the beach and pool/clubhouse. Good place for surfers. Had a massage by the beach, the ladies were really nice and the massage was very relaxing. Would recommend!
