House located in Arenas condominium with 24/7 security The space is two floors with independent access with a great view of the tropical forest and mountains. Only 8 minutes from Jaco beach and 5 minutes from Herradura Beach 15 minutes from Punta Leona It has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds and a single bed. There is also a futon downstairs if needed. There are 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, backyard, air conditioning throughout the whole house. There is a washer and dryer. Great for 8 people Located in a condominium with automated front gate with a security guard. The house is two floors with kitchen, living room, fenced off backyard with outside shower. The main room has a balcony/patio perfect for the great views of the mountains and forest. The kitchen has everything you could need: microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and much more. The living room has a futon and a table for eating. There is access to the backyard through the kitchen and dining room.
