The staff was very courteous and room was quiet. Didn't like the fact that the shower and bathtub were not good - the bathtub didn't have a plug so could not take a proper bath, and the showerhead was poor because of mineral deposit and not being cleaned or replaced so it would function properly

I dont know what it is but bathrooms seem to not be a big priority. The plug in the tub was just laying there. There was a bus group staying there and crowded for breakfast. The girl there was in that back room looking at her phone. Over all it was a great stay, very friendly at the front desk and the shuttle.

Good hotel to stay after or before a flight, very close to the airport. They have a nice pool, breakfast and clean, spacious rooms along with a free airport shuttle service.

The property is close to the airport and offered a shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle wouldn’t start but the clerk called a Lyft for us and covered the cost. The sausage biscuits at breakfast were tasty!

Light over sink in bathroom was very dim and when we asked to get it replaced we were told there was no maintenance on duty on the weekend. We were asked if we wanted to move and with my mom and her walker and already unpacked, we said no. I feel the handicap accessible room we were in had not been used in a while so no one knew about the light. The bed covers barely fit the king size bed and the curtains on the window would not stay closed. There was only 1 elevator which I found inconvenient. I will never stay at a Fairfield Inn and Suites ever again.

It’s in a convenient location to the airport. Can’t control what guests do, but the whole third floor smells like marijuana smoke in a nonsmoking hotel in a state where marijuana is still illegal. Management needs to tighten up.
