Everything you need to start enjoying the Ponte Vedra Beach lifestyle! Two bedroom, two bath, one story classic townhome in a great location on quiet cul-de-sac. This warm and inviting unit has a private patio in the front and a large private screened lanai and deck overlooking tranquil lagoon in the back - Perfect place to relax and watch the wildlife. Spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, wet bar, large walk-in closet and lots of updates. You will find the kitchen stocked with coffee and creamer so you are all set for your 1st morning. Walk to pool, Sawgrass Village and TPC Sawgrass.

Perfect getaway!

This condo is placed in the perfect location. On a beautiful golf course community that is gated and absolutely beautiful. Publix, the beach, and incredible restaurants are all at your fingertips. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. I’d also stay again in the future.

Property comfortable and clean. Enjoyed time in the unit and on the porch over looking the water. Nice pool area. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.What more could one want.

Excellent home: very spacious and clean. We loved the back deck. It was beautiful to sit out on the morning and see all the wildlife in the canal. Beds were comfortable and LOTS of space. The pool was a short walk and the pool is immaculate! Nice big and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. There were stores and beaches within 10 minutes of the property. JAX beaches only 20 minutes away. We loved it. Definitely recommend!

Great stay for a golf weekend!

We spent a long weekend so my husband could play in a golf tournament at Sawgrass. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The screen porch was such a relaxing spot to read. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Perfect location, just a couple minutes from the Sawgrass clubhouse and many restaurants. Our host Jay was very responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet, reasonably nice unit. Comfortable. Could use some upgrades to plumbing (bathroom sink drains slow). Ants in the pantry were annoying.A regular coffee maker would be nice. Probably need to replace/upgrade the outdoor grill. Overall, more than adequate.

Quarterly Trip to Mayo Clinic

Perfect for Our Needs

We rented this lovely 2 bedroom home and it was perfect. What’s to love? Less than a mile walking to Sawgrass, 12 min drive to Nocatee to visit kids and grandkids, quietness of the neighborhood, friendly smiles from people walking. I would highly recommend.
