Welcome to JAX Beach! This 4 bedroom fully renovated heated pool home will make you never want to leave. Massive fully fenced backyard with NEW POOL! Tons of seating for family gatherings, or just hanging by the pool enjoying the Florida Summers! South Jax Beach is every beach-goers dream. Boutiques, coffee shops, upscale restaurants, casual dining, parks, public beach access, and health food markets.
Bring your flip-flops and pack that sunscreen, Jacksonville Beach has 22 miles of wide, uncrowded, white-sandy beaches that offer visitors majestic sunrises and star filled nights. Visitors will find plenty to do and a variety of water activities. Casual fun restaurants, nightlife hotspots, souvenir shops blend into the scene without crowding the views of the shorelines in Jacksonville Beach.
You will have access to the entire property.
An open concept, single story, sprawling beach home. 4 spacious bedrooms with beds for up to 9 people. Full size washer and dryer, multiple dedicated work from home spaces, fully equipped kitchen AND outdoor BBQ Grill for all of your cooking needs.
Sleeps 9\. Full Kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with flat screen TVs. Some of the amenities we have include:

Refund Policy
A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.
General Guidelines
●Fireplace is off limits.
●NO PET ALLOWED
●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.
POOL (heated option during select months)
Pool Heater Disclaimer:
If you would like to use the pool heater, please request it at least 48 hours in advance so we can make the proper arrangements. The pool heater is available only from October through February and carries an additional charge of $50 per day.
Please note that a pool heater will not heat the water to hot-tub temperatures. The final water temperature depends on the outdoor weather conditions and may only rise to a certain level.
●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the hot tub and/or pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub or pool.
●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the hot tub or pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the hot tub or pool to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the hot tub or pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool or hot tub (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: Any damage to the pool or hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
