The place was in a small neighborhood and I was completely fine with that. Cleaniness, for the most part, was ok. Problem I had was we did not have hot water. Great alternative to any hotel. I discovered this property two years ago, so this was my second stay here. How was it? In a nutshell, I have already reserved my spot for 2025\. This is a clean, quiet, laid back area, with chickens (along with a rooster crowing) and ducks just outside your door--but separated by a fence, so no problem at all there.
