I hosted a planning retreat for a group of nonprofit directors, and it was plenty of room. The public beach access is kind of close, but the view of the beach is limited from the porch. A couple of notes: if you want to accommodate a large-ish group, it’s fantastic. Lots of room to congregate and spread out. It would not be great if you have kids and want to transport a bunch of stuff to the beach - it would probably be a bit of a pain. It looks like they are renovating the garage, which would increase the space. The host was a little slow to respond, and our request for late check out was denied at 10 AM (at the time of checkout) when it was previously ok. No place is perfect and I can look past those tiny things for the incredible space. Lots of room, nice appliances, plenty of windows to enjoy December Florida weather. The beds were incredibly comfy, and more than enough pillows (and firm ones at that!)Also - bring a large sauté pan or a griddle - the largest pan is pretty small. ##### Jess D.
