It is less than 10 minutes to Jacksonville Beach/Ponte Vedra area. Whatever brings you to the Jacksonville area, you will find it at your doorstep. This spacious home will accommodate up to 6 guests and give you the rest and relaxation you're looking for. The laundry station includes a full-size washer and dryer. Guests who stay at The Retreat will have access to the 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms in the main home as well as 2 parking spaces in the driveway. There is a fenced in backyard with a patio and pergola seating area. There are 3 stair steps at the front door into the property. We stayed here for over 3 months. The house is very clean, cozy and comfortable, the neighborhood as well as the neighbors are very nice. We rented the house so I could be treated at the Mayo Clinic which is right across the street, just 5 minutes walking distance, I would walk to my daily appointments and when I got hospitalized my family was able to come and go within minutes. We were very comfortable and the host Stuart made sure that we always had everything that we needed, this is a wonderful home and I definitely recommend it. ##### Carla T. The hosts were very responsive. It’s across the (busy) street from Mayo Clinic. One note… this unit has a couple of steps up to get in.
