That was the most important thing for us. The washer and dryer worked just fine, this allowed us to pack light. The location was close to the base, and town. Very quiet, except one Saturday the neighbor was putting up shelves or something but that was only for couple of hours during the afternoon. Otherwise nice neighborhood.
