The amazing wrap around balcony overlooks a small pond and the many palm trees leading up to the main beach area. We really liked that it has a much bigger patio with a full size outdoor dining table for our family of 6\. We mostly ordered take-out from our favorite beach restaurants this trip and it was great to be able to eat on the balcony. The garage had extra beach chairs we were able to use and the community pool was in great shape/clean as always. ##### Paul H. Very spacious, enough room for 5 adults to be together all week and not be crowded at all. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony every evening. The pool and grilling area are very nice and will be even better. The HOA shut it down while we were to retile the area. The rental company was not notified. However, we were fairly reimbursed. If ever in the area again, we will definitely call this rental company again. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach and across the street from Main Beach, which has a playground, basketball courts, large open field, restaurants and restrooms. Close to the historic district which was great for shopping and dining. The kids loved the pool at the condo too. The condo was clean, updated and well decorated. The condo was a beautiful spacious three bedroom-two bath unit. It has a large laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Beautiful new furniture throughout. Deck has two areas for lounging and having a relaxing meal. Everything was great. The only less than perfect was the right side of the mattress in the master bedroom. Very new, clean, well kept. Appliances all new, furniture, like new. Spacious condo with 3 bedrooms all in separate wings of the condo. The balcony was huge and amazing. Short, 2 block walk to beach, but you could see the beach from balcony. We came to Amelia Island after Hurricane Florence made us adjust our plans further south. Amelia Island is quaint, very cute town. If you're looking for nightlife, this is not the place, but it was great for a relaxed easy vacation. We loved it. We had a few small issues with the rental agency, Amelia Island Getaways, We weren't given the keys, they forgot to give us the pool passes, and I wasn't too fond of driving 20 minutes south to pick up the rental packet when most places let you handle all of that online before check in, but the people were very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience.
