Positioned on the first floor, the home offers direct beach access from a private entrance, making it simple to step outside for a shoreline walk or return home without stairs. Inside, natural light and coastal decor define the living spaces, creating a relaxed setting designed for unhurried stays by the water.

The spacious family room provides comfortable seating for gathering together, while the glass-enclosed sunroom offers ocean views and a quiet place to read, work, or simply watch the changing light over the water. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year.
