The Space Sunshine Manor is a fully furnished beachfront condo located in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach. Positioned on the first floor, the home offers direct beach access from a private entrance, making it simple to step outside for a shoreline walk or return home without stairs. Inside, natural light and coastal decor define the living spaces, creating a relaxed setting designed for unhurried stays by the water. Living Areas The spacious family room provides comfortable seating for gathering together, while the glass-enclosed sunroom offers ocean views and a quiet place to read, work, or simply watch the changing light over the water. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year. A 50-inch HDTV and WiFi support relaxed evenings or remote work, and a dedicated workspace is available for focused tasks. Sleeping Arrangements The condo features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. Sleeping arrangements include four beds, with exact bed types not specified.
