Balcony overlooking the ocean with table & chairs for coffee/breakfast or cocktails in the evening. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The property is undergoing renovation, so the construction work and lack of pool to use is quite understandable. Will love to come back when it is all complete. Loved the location. The unit looked freshly painted and redecorated. The only negative was using the balcony was hampered as the unit below ours had smokers on the balcony making it less enjoyable for our unit to be outside. ##### Michael H. The property is in a great central location. The pool and beach access were super convenient.
