Steps away from the ocean

New Listing! This is a wonderful condo across the street from the ocean. Short walk to the beach! We have a pool you can drive to for your use just outside the gates.
This condo sleeps 4 people comfortable. Newer stainless steel appliances in kitchen and recently newly stocked with all the essentials. Coffee and Tea service provided. Rear patio with seating for your morning coffee. Washer and dryer in dedicated laundry room.
Sheet, towels, shampoo, soap, stocked kitchen, beach chairs provided.
Great for families, couples, groups and business travelers. Home is cleaned and disinfected with CDC approved products.
No amenities overlooked including Wi-Fi, Cable TV with over 100 channels, We are very close to St Augustine. Plenty of local restaurants in Ponte Vedra. We are in the Gated section of the Beach villas. We are on the second floor walk up of the Villas.
We have complete contactless check-in.
No RV, Motorcycle, boat or trailer parking aloud.

The property was good, however there were only 2 coffee cups, microwave was difficult to operate. Could not cook our pizza.Rocu TV was disappointing. One of the lights in the bathroom was out and shower light strobed.Beds were very comfortable

Lovely spot

We loved the location and ease of everything during our stay. Very cute and cozy. Would love to stay here again. Only thing I’d change is that I thought it had a bedroom with two beds and a living room so as a one bedroom vs a studio layout. Regardless, it was so perfect for our time there and I loved it!

A lovely, safe place.

Great location near the beach

We enjoyed staying a short walk from the gorgeous beach! The condo was small (it’s a studio) but it served our needs well. We also enjoyed spending time on the screened in balcony. My only complaint was that the floor was not clean. I walked on it barefoot and it had not been swept, and I couldn’t find a broom to sweep it myself.

The location was great. However the furnishings are overdue for replacement. The only bed was not comfortable & should be updated to a queen instead of a full. The counters in the bathroom were unusually tall & might be difficult for shorter guests to use. The sofa was lumpy & should be replaced.

Overall, price and communication was great! We got scammed through another booking site and needed this asap. Very clean, great for price, mattress wasn’t the best. Everything else was great!

Not what I expected

First 2 days were fine. I did think I was renting a 1 bedroom but it turned out to be a studio which was ok .The studio had all I needed. However all went wrong sunday night as I came back to a flood which also happened twice . Monday morning it turned out I was woke up by roofers who were there the whole time I was renting as they were very loud. Lastly I was locked out in the hot sun with my 3 year old grandson. After many conversations with VRBO I was refunded my money which I was grateful for as I had to spend the rest of my time at a hotel.

Cindy Great- Property not so much

This review is for this property we were supposed to stay in NOT the one we actually stayed in that was amazing. It does not appear the owners of this property have put $1 into it in 20yrs. Everything extremely dated and just worn out. Ac didn't work when we arrived and the property manger relocated us to a property that we have stayed in before in the same complex. There is reason this property is available and it's a shame the owners do not reinvest in what could be a wonderful vacation spot. Thank you Cindy for helping make things right and greatly appreciated.

Stay was fine, very tight for 4 people though. Our names were not at the security gate as promised. The counter level in the bathrooms is very odd.
