We would appreciate if guests would take the bins to the curb on the identified days. \- Quiet Hours are posted - they are daily and enforced \- The property is monitored by Minut Monitoring Devices that are located in the Garage Game Room and in the 2nd floor living area. They do not record - they monitor for noise decibles to ensure we are complying with the regulations required by the City of Jacksonville Beach. \- There are exterior cameras: One is located at the Front Door facing the street.
