On arrival the check-in instructions were clear, everything was as described, and the entire rental was very clean. The only thing I would suggest is for the ice to be dumped from time to time, as the ice was all stuck together and I had to clean it out and start over. Also the coffee pot looked like it had never been cleaned where you pour in the water. I left both items better than when we got there. The toilet in the primary bath is not level and rocks.
