Fully renovated, this 2 bed/ 2 bathroom residence is full of modern charm. All wood floors throughout, the Large kitchen featuring quarts countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of seating, and soft close modern cabinetry. Perfect location in San Marco on a beautifully tree lined street. Walk to the river front for a beautiful sunset, walk to the San Marco Square. Private backyard with access to a park space just behind. Ample off street parking. We live in the area but respect your time while staying with us.
