Very quiet and never any noise outside of our door. Upon entry the view is beautiful and you walk right into the kitchen. The bedrooms were all very nice and the mattresses were all very comfortable and seemed like they were new. That’s always important to me when reading reviews is to know how the beds are. The living room was very nice and cozy. The private pier was so nice to walk on anytime you wanted or fish off of. Also a nice place to go under the pier on the beach to have some shade. The walkway out to the beach is so convenient with 0 steps. The pool was always so clean and the lounge chairs around it were very nice. The parking spaces were always available and gated access made it feel safe to go out at night if you needed to get something out of your car. This was our first time visiting Amelia Island but won’t be our last. You will be glad you booked a stay in this condo unit.
