This is probably the worst hotel I stayed at in my entire life. My room was old, the bathroom door had no lock on it. The shower rod was bent so you could not completely close the shower curtain. Not sure if it just a bad design or if it was actually bent, but it was bad regardless. I was there for three nights and housecleaning did not show up for the duration of my stay. The pool was broken. This was not disclosed to me at booking or at registration, which I'm very pissed about. On top of that on Monday of my stay the renovation crew came and started working on the pool with very loud power tools at 8AM.... Now I understand that it's work that they have to do, but people are here on vacation.... don't you guys think that no one wants to wake up at 8AM on their vacation to the sound of power tools being used? Only good thing I can say about this, is that breakfast was included. Not that it was anything special, but hey free breakfast... Anyways. I will not ever stay at another Ramada Hotel after this, that's for sure.

The morning after we arrived we were woken at 8am by the sounds of motors and jackhammering. To our surprise they were draining the pool and hot tub and jackhammering it. So much for a day at the pool. We have photos and videos of this. The room was filthy with handprints on the headboards and walls etc. I definitely will not be returning to this location. The staff was friendly but had no answers as to why the pool was being destroyed. We booked this room for the pool. Extremely disappointed.

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We were surprised too of the sudden pool construction. This project has been in the works prior to the new year and should have been completed by spring. We have let guest check out early and cancel with refund. We are hoping completion by June 1st. Hopefully you will give us a chance to better serve you in the future.

The stay was ok. The property is old. My room was not up to par because housekeeping was lacking a lot. They need to do a better job cleaning and fixing these beds and bathrooms properly. The breakfast buffet was the best part.they had a good selection The guests around this property are very suspicious. However after I checked in I stayed in my room. But I could hear the commotion outside. This place needs better security. Overall it was ok.

The toilet had no water. The pictures give the illusion this is a nice hotel but it’s straight up a motel. Saw about three roaches and I was there less than a day. Mold around the tub. Avoid if you can.

Walls are very thin and you can hear everything, not clean at all, we had to wipe down everything. The only reason we didn't just walk out was that the bed sheets were clean but the bed had a significant dip in the middle. Will not stay here again for sure

Stayed here for a night on the way back home from a cruise. The older front desk lady at night was great, most of the staff when presented with issues said they don't want to spend money to fix problems. Our toilet backed up with one use and little toilet paper use. My parents room had no heat or AC and the door didnt latch great. They did switch us rooms and all seemed good til I locked up for the night and the dead bolt didn't work. While bringing in the bags a gentleman tried entering my parent's room. Upon seeing my dad he said sorry wrong room. People was in and out of the property all hours of the night. Upon asking for some type of refund the manager refused, and told my dad she would for his room and not ours because we was moved.

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Your room decided to move over the toilet issue even after we offered emergency maintenance on the property to come in. This was not on the hotel and why no discount was offered. Maintenance did go in the other room and could not fix the heat issue and why half off on a cold night was applied. The real gem for me was the breakfast buffet. That alone was almost worth the price. The people were friendly and the bed wasn't bad at all. They had a large TV that worked well and so I wasn't disappointed.

The rooms are falling apart, curtains have holes, room dirty, they had a comedy event and had to wait for two hours for parking. It’s a nasty place.

Sorry you were not happy with your stay. I did honor a refund for your early check out. The AGM went to this room and only found a small hole that had to be patched. No curtain issues. I only spoke to three upset guest all weekend that could not find parking. I reassured them to try again or I would give up my own parking space. I never had to give my parking space up. This is only the 3rd time in over two years I have worked here that there was parking issues. It was not due to the sold out comedy show but the fact we also had banquets going on at the same time with hundreds of people attending. Hopefully you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Good hotel with a few cleanliness issues.
This was a nice hotel a bit past its prime but cleanliness was an issue with the shower and carpets. The shower had pubic hair on the rim of the shower base and there were large mystery stains on the carpets. There was white powder on the floor next to the headboard with a dead cockroach on the carpet. This was a common issue on our trip with all the hotels. Other than that, the staff were great, the breakfast was awesome and they even gave us free admission to the comedy club in the lobby which was entertaining.

Breakfasts are great. Staff was fine. Building is run down (rooms). Lobby and dining area are good. Outside was dirty. I had accessible room and no handicap parking was available. Key pad on door didn’t work. Staff did respond quickly. Fire alarm went off at 5:45 am. Problem in kitchen. We stay there because of its location. Just don’t expect the rooms to be as nice as lobby!

Only occurred this last weekend because there were two sold out comedy shows and two banquets with hundreds of people attending each event. Avoidable problems at check-in plus a filthy room
At my 7 pm arrival, the day manager checked-in my wife and me under the wrong reservation (a similar name to mine) ignoring the confirmation number I presented to her. This created problems when the other party, arriving late, tried to check-in. I had to help the night manager resolve the confusion at 1 am. The floor of our room hadn't been vacuumed since the prior guest and was filthy with bits of peeled skin on the carpet by the bed - I covered that area of the floor with a large towel to avoid any contact with the debris. On the plus side, the included buffet breakfast the next day was decent and helped off-set the prior evening's experience; however, we won't be back.

Sorry for my confusion with the similar name reservations. The names were so similar I asked you if you had two reservations when you checked in. You told me you had made a reservation, cancelled, and then rebooked another one. I thought it was a duplication. I told you I was giving you the cheaper of the two reservations, wrote the reservation number down for you to cancel, and gave you Expedia's number. My night auditor should have called me first at 1am when the second guest arrived with no reservation. I immediately knew what had happened when she called me and got the second person in. I will make sure we do better in the future by looking further into similar name reservations and remind all desk clerks no calling guest after hours unless an emergency. Please give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

I enjoyed my stay - it was quiet and i was left alone to do what needed to be done. The only thing I didn't like was the microwave was disgustingly filthy. I wouldn't put food in it - it needs to be bleached or replaced. Susan was amazing at the front desk - great customer service and she made my checking in amazingly quick!

Sorry we could not provide accommodations for your reservation due to the room type. The reservation was made after 8pm day of arrival and we sold out of the room type before you arrived. We do have two suites on the property that are more expensive. These rooms would not have helped your situation since they only have a king bed in the bedroom. We had regular king rooms to offer you in this case. Please give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Rooms were very clean but, took almost 30 mins to book in as reception was dealing with both booking in and phones. Pool and hot tub were green, certainlynot as advertised. Breakfast was a hot breakfast but sausages every day, which i cannot eat due to gluten. Overall not worth the money paid.

Front desk was friendly but the room was horrible. Thermostat didn't work in room, called to have it looked at and they couldn't fix it. They rebooted the wall unit and got it to work, but then after 15 minute it was leaking onto the carpet causing a huge wet spot in front of it. Called the front desk and they did wet vac it but still was wet. No bath/hand soap to be found as well as no shampoo. Good thing I had packed my own. Overall cleanliness of the room was easily sub-par. Microwave didn't work (I did plug it in and tested the outlet with another device). No coffee/coffee maker either. I thought that was standard stuff! I do NOT recommend this hotel at all!
