Private Beachy Guest Cottage!!

Private Guest Cottage 7 blocks from the ocean. Start with your own fenced and gated yard, then step inside and you'll agree with our guests that this is a special place. Enjoy our large bedroom with queen bed and plenty of closet and storage space. Note: the queen bed is the only sleeping facility.

Additional amenities:
40" TV with fast AT&T Wi-Fi
Efficiency kitchen with electric cook top, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher and lots of counter top appliances
Walk in shower with grab bars and a bench seat

All linens and towels are provided along with a starter supply of toilet paper.

No Hassle checkout. Some properties have a list of tasks you must do before you leave. If you miss one, you can be charged a penalty. Not here. We believe it's our responsibility and besides, you're on vacation! Just gather up your stuff and you're off.

Stay longer, save money. Our nightly rate is discounted 10% when you stay for 7 nights or more. When you stay for 28 nights or more, the rate is discounted by 30%.
While visitors are responsible for damages, we do not charge you a security deposit when you book.

Great beach spot

It had all the amenities you need, perfect distance from the beach with out the headaches of being on the beach, very private setting, I will definitely stay again when I come back to Florida. The property manager was great, answered all of my questions, overall a great experience.

Excellent host and property

I highly recommend this choice for your stay in Jacksonville, FL. The cottage was perfect for my needs. The host was very friendly. He showed me around when i got there and pointed out all the ammenities they provide to make your beach getaway perfect. The local photos adorning walls were taken by one of the owners and are great way to highlight local beach atmosphere. I had a couple of friends ask for information as they were impressed with the accommodations as well.

So much better than we imagined.

This fun little house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed; it was comfortable, cute, cozy and close to places we wanted to go. Larry and Milly were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely chose this house again if we return to the Beach area.

Grandson’s wedding

My elderly parents were coming to Jacksonville for my grandsons wedding and needed a place to stay that would accommodate my moms physical limitations. The cottage was beautifully decorated and easy to maneuver through with a walker. The bathroom had a walk in shower. Location was quiet, safe and close to all JAX beach has to offer. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. My mom is looking forward to staying there again.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for me. The photos are accurate but they don’t reflect the great experience of having hosts like Larry & Millie. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great Vrbo, kind hosts

Larry and Milly were excellent hosts who kept a great Vrbo for our 12 week stay. The rental is in a safe and cute neighborhood. They even allowed us to use their laundry which was much appreciated. For two grad students, the price was high, but the place was great. Close to the beach and not far from Mayo either! Thank you Larry and Milly!

Great place for quiet getaway

Cottage was great; just as described. Spent a long weekend with my college-age daughter, plenty of space. It had everything we needed. We walked to beach (it took about 15 minutes) and that beach was awesome. Hosts were fantastic. If we come to the area again, we would definitely hope to stay here.

Wonderful getaway

We arrived very early (2:00am) and the hosts greeted us. They even provided homemade cookies, banana bread and a pitcher of apple juice because they thought we might be hungry after our long travel day. It was a great space and close to where we needed to be and the beach. We had a great time.

Awesome mini getaway

My husband, son and I drove in from Michigan for Thanksgiving we arrived early and Larry was able to let us check in right away. Millie was so thoughtful to make us some banana bread and have some cider ready for us when we arrived. The place was so cute, Very clean and had basically everything we needed for our stay! perfect size for just the 3 of us.. The area was nice and very close to the beach.. They were very accommodating and even gave us a late check out because they knew we had a long drive ahead of us. I would most definitely recommend this place! We already plan on coming back 😊
