A true hidden gem as the guests would say! This space is a renovated guest house/in-law suite (above our garage). We are located across the street from the beach with private beach access. This space is detached from the main house and has its' own entrance and separate HVAC. It features a fully stocked kitchen, 1 bedroom with king size bed, sectional couch with pull out full bed and 1 full bathroom. NO smoking/vaping in or on the property. This is our guest house apartment/in-law suite located above our garage. We live here full-time in the main house. The detached guest house is above our garage and you will hear the garage open/close and vehicles pulling entering/exiting through various times of the day/night. The driveway is shared with the hosts. It is a u-shaped driveway with 2 entrances. We have one designated parking spot to the right of the garage for 1 vehicle. BEACH: We have 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 beach bag and 4 beach towels available to use during your stay! Outdoor shower (shared space) is located under the stairs to rinse off any sand from the beach. LOCATION: \-4 miles from Ponte Vedra Inn & Club \-2 miles from The Lodge & Club \-5 miles from TPC Sawgrass Golf Course \-2.5 miles from Ponte Vedra Concert Hall \-7 miles from Nocatee Town Center \-NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS - this will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund \-NO smoking, vaping or drugs inside OR outside of the property \-NO pets, animals or ESAs permitted \-MAXIMUM capacity of 4 people and 1 vehicle NOTE: There are Ring doorbell cameras are on all exterior doors and 24/7 surveillance cameras surrounding the whole exterior of the property recording audio and video. It is possible to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Jul 23, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great Spot We loved our stay at Rachel and Stephen's place, the beach there is beautiful and access was a breeze (once we spotted the gate - it felt very Secret Garden. We also were right down the street from family members who have homes in the area, so convenient. The extra snacks were appreciated, the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials like butter, olive oil, spices, coffee, tea, etc. We also loved the re-usable k-cups for the keurig as my daughter and I had packed loose tea and there was no kettle. It is easy to get to St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, or Jacksonville. Having private access to the beach right across the street was such a luxury! The cottage is extremely clean and well stocked with necessities as well as little extras. Rachel communicates very quickly and clearly, which made it really easy! The host provided many extras that spoke of her thoughtfulness and care for guests. Everything was spotless. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and it was a joy to sit at the beach listening to and watching the waves! It was also pleasant to sit on the deck outside of the cottage, enjoying the breeze and sounds of nature. It is a very peaceful place to stay, and is highly recommended! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend it and hope it will be available when we come again to Ponte Vedra to visit our son. The unit was very clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom is separate, has another TV and the king size bed is extremely comfortable. Everything you need is provided, lots of towels, beach chairs, BBQ, and even little snacks! The location is perfect with easy across-the-street access to the beach!
