This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom at 1309 Shipwatch Villa is located on the 3rd floor and offers everything you could dream of for the perfect beachside escape. Walking in the front door, the magnificent view of Amelia Island's sandy shore and grassy dunes will immediately take your breath away. The living area provides ample seating for six with a cream-colored sofa and love seat finished off with a coastal colored accent chair. Relax and enjoy a good book, a family game night, or your favorite television show in this cozy space.  
  
The kitchen is fully stocked with crisp white countertops, cream colored cabinetry, and fresh white appliances. Prepare a delicious dinner for the whole family while enjoying the picturesque view from this spacious kitchen.  
  
Just off the kitchen sits the dining room with a lovely glass top table seating six with additional seating for two at the bar. The sliding glass doors complete with custom plantation shutters will take you to the expansive balcony where you can enjoy a refreshing glass of wine or dinner alfresco while listening to the waves crashing along the Florida coastline.  
  
Walking down the hall past the laundry area and moving into the master suite you will find a king size bed centered between two nightstands, a matching dresser, a desk for those that may need a workspace away from home, and flat screen smart television and DVD player. The en suite bathroom includes a nicely updated shower/tub combo with sliding glass doors and granite countertops as well as a separate vanity space and walk in closet.  
  
The guest room features two queen sized beds finished off with elegant seafoam colored bedding, a flatscreen television, a DVD player, and a matching nightstand and dresser. The adjacent guest bathroom is finished off with a shower/tub combo with a glass door, granite countertops, and a separate vanity area.  
  
The space this condo offers is truly unparalleled by any on the island. It is one of the largest 2 bedrooms you can find! The gorgeous luxury vinyl plank featured throughout this entire property makes it ideal for bringing your furry friend.  
  
The sizable Shipwatch pool is conveniently located in between the beach and the condominium, perfect for a relaxing dip on your way back in from a day at the beach. This community also offers a common grilling area with tons of picnic tables as well as a dining area by the pool.  
  
While staying in this luxury villa you can stroll through the plantation shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road. The Plantation has more than just an array of amenities, it is its own small community within the most beautiful and secluded region on the entire island. The plantation encompasses the southern tip of the island and offers 24-hour security with private gate access only. This is truly a paradise within a paradise!  
  
This property allows 2 dogs- $150 Pet Fee. There is a dog crate 36Lx22Wx24H provided for renter use if needed.  
  
Please note: This building has an elevator but guests must take 8-10 stairs to reach the unit.
