The second you walk through the front door, you will be astonished by the breathtaking views easily visible through the sliding glass door and large windows in the great room. The spacious great room features a khaki leather sofa and 2 navy recliners arranged around a gas log fireplace with a flat screen TV mounted above it. The newly renovated kitchen with its contemporary white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous gray granite countertops is open to the great room and is equipped with everything you need to prepare a hearty home-cooked meal. A glass top table with seats for four is conveniently located just off the kitchen and is the ideal location to enjoy a delicious dinner while watching the waves crash along the sandy shore as the seagulls soar above. Through the glass slider, you will discover a large balcony with a beautiful view of the grassy dunes and scenic coastline. This place is beautiful and so close to the dunes/beach - the views are incredible. I felt this was the best unit in the entire complex. The VRBO pics are accurate! This place is modern, clean, and well-stocked. Wi-fi worked great. Our group was 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 teenager, 1 elementary schooler, and 1 medium dog and 1 tiny dog, and the place was a perfect fit. We didn't need it but we could have fit two more people with the sofabed. They also had an umbrella and some beach toys. Very close to Omni and Ritz, and to multiple restaurants. Also had the use of two pools, tennis courts, etc. Can't recommend this place enough, and the management team was very responsive and kind. We hope to return again soon for a longer time! We loved the accessibility to the beach and the step-less boardwalk to the beach. We found the unit had an amazingly well stocked kitchen (utensils, appliances, small appliances, etc.) and we were impressed by the furnishings of the unit itself. The entire complex is also VERY pet friendly and nearly everyone there had their dog with them. Communication with the property management was excellent and easy, too. We loved our stay. Spent lots of time on the sunny balcony sipping coffee in the morning as the sun rose, watching the tortoises in the dunes at lunch, and the last of the beach walkers leave the beach at the end of the day. Property is in a beautiful location and is steps from the beach. It was exactly as pictured, fully equipped, and everything was in working order throughout stay. Guests have access to tennis courts, pools, and easy access to bike trails and beach. Property is both dog and kid friendly.
