Very good location near downtown area. Not too close to public access so the beach was pretty private. Easy walk to the beach. The condo does have good beach chairs and a few beach items. Unit is close to elevator. May have been timing but we had no problem parking. The building is somewhat dated but the unit is clean and comfortable. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. Unit has just 1 TV in living room. Has coffee pot but would have been nice to have a Keurig. A few more things would have been nice like nonstick pans, we had to really scrub to get them clean after making breakfast. Also, we were told there was a Keurig machine but there is not.
