This unique townhome puts convenience at the forefront, located directly across from the private pool with a charming front courtyard greeting you upon arrival. The spacious, private balcony in the back provides a tranquil outdoor living space and a direct, private path to the dunes and beach. This home offers plenty of room with all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms located upstairs for privacy. Two of the bedrooms share a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Downstairs, a convenient half-bathroom is available for guests. The well-appointed living area and fully equipped kitchen are perfect for relaxing and preparing meals after a day in the sun. The villa complex enhances your stay with a refreshing swimming pool. This property is smoke-free and does not allow pets. The guest must adhere to occupancy policies and limits, which are strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety and to protect the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violating these policies may result in immediate eviction and the complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please obtain prior approval for any additional guests beyond the reported numbers. The guest is responsible for any damage to the property that occurs beyond normal wear and tear during their stay. This includes excessive dirt, property damage, and missing or damaged linens and other items. In such cases, Amelia Best Vacation Rentals & Realty will let you know and charge your credit card accordingly. The guest is responsible for notifying Amelia Best VRR upon check-in if the property is found in less-than-desirable condition or if any damage requiring attention is present. Reservation Processing Fee: All reservations are subject to a service processing fee. This fee helps to cover the software costs and other expenses associated with taking reservations. This amount is non-refundable. Rental Agreement Requirement: All reservations, regardless of booking platform, require a signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that for all refunds, the non-refundable reservation processing fee and any credit card processing fees incurred will be deducted. For nightly or weekly rentals, cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less the non-refundable fees. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, less the non-refundable fees, while no refund can be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival. For properties that allow only monthly rentals, cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less the non-refundable fees. Cancellations between 30 and 59 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, less the non-refundable fees. No refund is given for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival. It’s very nice property and the property managers were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately a couple of Windsong owners made it very clear they did not like renters, one in particular. He harassed our children (ages 12-17 years)….the children were not being disrespectful nor damaging any property… simply kids enjoying a family vacation. Threatened them by saying he would call the cops if they continued to bounce a ball, watched young girls in the pool reporting he took pictures. .… while we will use the property manager again for future booking, we will not be returning to Windsong. It is nothing against this condo, it is very nice! Sounds like a similar complaint was made the week before about this particular owner at Windsong…. This condo was such a great place for a multigenerational family vacation! Three comfortable bedrooms provided plenty of space for everyone to sleep and have some alone time as needed. My mother and I would take our coffee every morning on the patio looking at the ocean, while my husband was able to work at the desk in the kitchen. The pool is the center of the complex, which was steps from the door, a great place for the teens to escape to. Gazal was one of the best hosts I have ever rented from. She checked in on us at arrival to make sure everything went smoothly and made sure I knew she was there if we needed anything at all! I can’t wait to go back next summer!! ##### Nancy M.
