It was a bitter cold weekend, so the ocean front view and fireplaces made it cozy. Everything was a described. Lots of extra touches such as flashlights in the nightstand drawers, the kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking needs. The fireplaces are such a relaxing bonus and the large balcony is sensational! We've stayed in this condo before and unfortunately the new owners took away the large, plush bath towels and rugs and replaced them with the opposite. The unit needs a deep clean, especially the bathroom as there is mold on the shower head and shower floor tiles and the bathroom fan is caked with dust. The kitchen needs a few replacements of popular items like the cutting board, and rusty whisk, pizza cutter and tea kettle. The pantry staple items need a go through as many are expired. Otherwise, the kitchen is very well stocked! We really enjoy this condo and have already rebooked. The condo felt spacious for a one bedroom which was a pleasant surprise. It's located in a perfect location, has incredible views and was simply charming.
