Walking through the door of 300 Sand Dollar, you will find a beautifully decorated and well-maintained villa equipped with all your vacation needs. The attractive main room with the living area, dining area, and kitchen all part of one large space is an ideal spot to unwind after a day well spent with your toes in the sand. The tradewind blue walls, sea grass elements, high end furnishings, and gray washed flooring create a tranquil ambiance throughout. A tan sleeper sofa along with two square rattan poufs are centered in the living area on a large 55-inch flat screen smart TV.

Just off the living space lies the fully stocked kitchen and white shiplapped island ideal for preparing a scrumptious family meal. An upscale dining suite with six sturdy chairs is located adjacent to the kitchen for convenience.

The spacious master bedroom just around the corner features a plush king bed with a tropical theme, charming plantation shutters, a slider to the balcony, and a flat screen TV. A rustic hanging barn door will lead you from this room to the master bath which offers a combination shower/tub.

The other side of this gorgeous villa boasts the guest bedroom featuring a palm design queen bed attached to a wicker headboard. The laundry area is also located off of this room. Across the hall is the second full bathroom offering another combination shower/tub.

A glass slider will guide the way from the living area to the rectangular porch with a magnificent side ocean view. This covered lanai offers a dining table seating four fitting for a morning enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the glorious sunrise.
