The location is absolutely perfect , steps from beach and beautiful quiet pool , you can walk or bike ride to all the best restaurants , bars and shopping , very close to Neptune Beach an easy bike ride .. the condos are gated and property well maintained , hosts are wonderfully accommodating and responsive . I love that these are low density units , just 2 story no elevators to deal with waiting on and parking is easy ..you cannot beat the price for beachfront with a pool .
