Welcome to your Jacksonville Beach getaway! This newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath coastal home combines comfort, style, and plenty of fun. Located just 6 blocks from the ocean, it's the perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and make lasting memories. Inside you will find bright, open spaces designed for easy living. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals or take out nights, while each bedroom offers cozy touches to help you rest well. The primary suite features an ensuite bath and king bed, and every room comes with a Smart TV for ultimate convenience. Step outside to your own private backyard oasis. Lounge in the heated pool with water ledge, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy friendly competitions with the outdoor ping pong table and cornhole set. With plenty of seating and an inviting outdoor lounge area, this space was made for relaxation and connection. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couple's trip, or a friend's getaway, this home offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and resort style fun. Prime Location: 1/2 mile to the Beach – Quick and easy access to the sand & surf 10 Mins to Mayo Clinic – Great for medical stays 15 Mins to Sawgrass PGA Golf Course – A golfer’s dream DOG FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats. POOL HEATERS: Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding. No issues at all and the amenities were very nice. The pool was a little cool at this time of the year, but I could see good use of it later in the year. The heated pool was so nice especially since the weather wasn’t very warm. Plenty of seating outside. The inside is very clean and organized. Kitchen was fully stocked and cabinets were labeled. Heated pool was a major plus. The house was well organized and instructions were simple. We had to unexpectedly extend our trip and the host was amazing at helping us with that. The home itself is your standard quick flip. Cheap finishes, the primary bedroom and bathroom seems to be in a retrofitted single car garage, and the furniture is as cheap as they could find. The sofa is falling apart, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and the neighborhood leaves much to be desired- especially at this price point. 2\. The title of the listing mentions a HEATED pool in capital letters. I rented this listing for a work trip in January to be able to access a heated pool while in town. The agreement I signed used the most vague language possible to release them from any liability for the inability to use the pool for ANY reason. Well, I arrived to a chilly JAX and when I messaged them to request that the pool be heated for us to use the next day, I was told we could not use the heated element of the pool. Nowhere in the listing or the agreement does it outline the conditions that would make the heated pool unusable. It's laughable that I was unable to use a heated pool in Florida in January because it was too cold. What's the point in having a heated pool in the first place? If you're looking for a rental for a family or group in the spring or summer and you don't care about uncomfortable beds, this rental technically has everything you need. If you care about your sleep quality or if you're looking to use a heated pool, I recommend steering clear of this listing. ##### Margaret S. We enjoyed staying there , easy to get to Mayo. Of course our Mayo appt.happened on the coldest days Florida had in years. The pool area was beautiful. Host was very understanding. ##### Vick G. We spent most of our time out there lounging and watching football games on the outdoor flatscreen TV. The yard is fully fenced in, so it was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet with exception of the New Year’s Eve fireworks which many of the surrounding area residents were setting off. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The beach and pier is a short walk from the property, and there were plenty of places to walk the dog. We discovered numerous restaurants within walking distance, with our favorite being Salt Life. The owner, Mike, was very responsive and even provided us a new vacuum cleaner upon request! I highly recommend this rental property! ##### Chris L. We booked this house for our family to be together and close to the hospital. The house was perfect. Close to the hospital, walk to the beach, dog friendly, clean, and well equipped. The back yard with the heated pool and fire pit was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again. ##### sue t.
