There are amazing ocean views from multiple levels, outdoor seating, only 100 yards to the beach, and centrally located to many restaurants and shops. Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch! We are a 5 bedroom, 4 bath single family home. We have a washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is a lovely comfortable outdoor patio dining grill so that you can eat, drink and relax while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, Roku TVs, and sound machines with usb connectors. \-Bedroom #1 has a king bed with master ensuite (shower and soaking tub + double sinks), and walk-in closet (on 3rd level) \-Bedroom #2 has a King bed (on 3rd level) \-Bedroom #3 has bunk beds with two full size beds (on 3rd level) \-Bedroom #4 has a queen bed (on 2nd level) \-Bedroom #5 has a queen bed (on 4th level) \*\*\*\*\* For our insurance purposes, we must communicate that guests use bunk beds at their own risk Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal plus Keurig coffee machine that includes kcups, creamers and sugar.
