### The Sea Urchin - Charming 4 Bedroom Coastal Home

Check in any day of the week all year roundD - even during the summer months! There is a 4 night minimum during June, July and August; 3 night minimum during all other times.  
  
Step inside this 4 bedroom, 2 bath farmhouse coastal cottage and be charmed by its quaint decor. Located in a cute neighborhood surrounded by mature live oaks and quiet streets, making it the perfect spot for bike riding and daily walks, The Sea Urchin is just a short walk to a nearby beach access. You’ll find yourself surrounded by refreshing coastal décor with a hint of farmhouse charm, plank flooring and tongue and groove ceilings throughout. From details like sailor’s rope hand rails to shiplap walls and ceilings, there is no doubt you are at the beach.  
  
The open living and dining space, located on the first floor, opens onto a sundeck - perfect for relaxing or outdoor dining. The modern kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counters and a dining table that seats 6. A bonus room, with an extra refrigerator, is located on the ground floor. The back yard is fenced in, making a private space to create some memories while playing yard games.

Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

#### Best vacation ever

Upon arriving at the house we quickly realized I didn't read all my emails as we tried to make our way in via the bottom door. Once I was able to get into the home I was shocked at how much bigger it was than the pictures appeared. Everything was beautiful and well maintained. We did have a issue with a leak inside the house on the top of the steps but we called and maintenance took care of it and that was VERY painless. It did not effect our stay one but. The beds were comfortable and the house was cozy. The neighborhood is great and the neighbors were wonderful and kind. 10/10 recommend this vacation home

#### Great little house close to beach access

This house was great for my group for a long weekend. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was only a short walk to the beach. The only downside of this house is that for how many people it sleeps, the kitchen, dining, and living spaces are fairly small. Our group of 7 couldn't comfortably sit together to eat or play boardgames except for on the porch. I can't imagine if we filled the whole house (up to 12). Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of!

House was clean and decently equipped for a stay. We were not used to renting linens, etc., but got through it. Comfortable beds. Decent kitchen. Had a leak in a toilet but the manager got it fixed very expeditiously. Only real complaint would be that the patio sliding doors are almost impossible to close without using quite a bit of strength. Overall rated a good property for the island....

This house was perfect for my family and our family friends! Close walk to the beach, great driveway for playing and backyard with outdoor shower. House clean and tidy with games and all kitchen utensils included! Very spacious house with comfy beds, big bathrooms and laundry. We will definitely stay here again!!

#### Cute place in great location

In general everything was great. It did not appear as if the house was freshly cleaned. There was food on kitchen floor and on outside deck. I think the property had been empty for awhile and just wasn’t cleaned again right before our arrival.

#### Great Beach Stay

This was our second visit to this beach house. The layout works well for our family of five with plenty of room. The walk to the beach is very short (5 mins?). It was a lovely overall stay. The one challenge was the stove - the range settings have been scrubbed off and it makes cooking difficult. We enjoyed our stay!

#### Cute and Convenient House for a Small Group

Cute house, nicely decorated and appointed, with a short walk to the beach. The deck and yard could use some attention (plastic furniture was dirty and worn) and the grill is in need of replacement. While advertised to sleep 10, that would be a tight fit given the lack of seating in the living and dining rooms. The labels on the range controls in the kitchen are no longer legible. The bonus room downstairs isn't particularly usable as it smelled pretty dank and the doors didn't lock. Most of these were reported to the realtor, who was very receptive and responsive.
