You will not hassle with a 3rd party management company. This newly remodeled 2 Bed/2Bath condo is conveniently located in the Amelia Landings Resort Complex. It’s just a short walk to the white sands of beautiful Fernandina Beach. Enjoy the tranquility of a resort complex nestled among a canopy of live oak trees and beautiful landscape. This quiet resort is the perfect location to relax, walk to the beach and enjoy a picnic, swimming pool and tennis court. The 2nd floor villa is beautifully decorated and ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4\. It provides 2 bedrooms with a new King Size bed in the master and a new Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms have been fully updated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, with a dining area and washer & dryer. The spacious living room has a new 65” Smart HD TV. Both bedrooms also have smart TVs as well. The Air Conditioner has also been fully upgraded and will keep you cooled during our summer months. The master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors accessing the large screened in balcony with seating, overlooking a canopy of trees and beautiful pond --a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or read a good book. The second bedroom is also a private getaway that can be closed off from the family room and you can also enjoy a private bathroom. The bathroom has a Tub/ Shower combination so if you’re in the mood for a relaxing bubble bath the option is available for you. Outdoors you can enjoy the community BBQ grills and picnic table areas, fishing from the catch & release pond, tennis court and large swimming pool. There’s a private path and also a sidewalk path (Sadler Rd) about a half mile walk to the beach. If you have AWD or 4WD you may also drive onto beach during certain hours. Additional amenities include blow dryers, Keurig, kitchen supplies including pots & pans, cutlery & utensils. All linens and towels are provided. When you’re ready to hit the beach feel free to use our beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and cooler. Televisions in the living room and bedrooms have YouTube TV streaming service, along with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+. There is a CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and Bealls store within a mile from the condo where you can buy just about anything you can possibly need. There is a Publix grocery store also close by so that you can stock up on snacks or want to prepare a meal. There are restaurants and ice cream shops a short walk from the condo as well. Beautiful Amelia Island offers something for everyone. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is just a short drive and offers many restaurants, shopping, a farmer’s market and various events and festivals throughout the year. It’s a beautiful area to walk around and visit the marina or take a boat tour. Other activities include visiting Fort Clinch State Park, Horseback riding, biking, putt-putt, golf, surfing, parasailing, kayaking and much more! The location of the condo was perfect!l. Easy 45 minute drive to Jacksonville, less than 10 minute drive to downtown shops/restaurants. We were able to walk to the beach, enjoyed the breakfast view of the beach at Tortuga Jacks. The pictures of the beautifully decorated condo were spot on and they even provided night lights!!!! The only negative was the loud people upstairs but that’s the chance you take when you’re not on the top floor. I wouldn’t let that stop me from staying in this condo again. The screened in porch (with ceilings fans and cute lighting) was the best!!! Very clean and good location to walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a few couples come and stay with us and enjoyed having two separate suites for privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped and full size w/d in unit. It’s a five minute drive to downtown and waterfront. The TV is Utube so you can add your own personal apps. Did not use the pool (not heated) or tennis courts. Unit has a beautiful outdoor screened porch but too chilly to use during our stay. We would return again in warmer weather! ##### Mary G. It has a wonderful screened porch overlooking a wooded pond, brand new appliances including a great washer and dryer, comfortable beds and new tvs were in every room. WiFi was great! The owners thought of every detail. The kitchen was very well equipped. It is a short 10 minute walk to the beach, with parking also available at the beach park when available. We were able to drive down and drop our beach items, then walk the short distance back when we couldn’t find parking (Memorial Day weekend), but we did find parking 4 of the 6 days before the weekend. It’s 2-3 miles to downtown Fernandina and great restaurants with a couple of good restaurants within 1/2 mi. We had a great place to stay and spend the week.! ##### Peggy M. Also, Mitch and Teresa provided access to the equipment needed to use the amenities and thought of so many touches that helped make it an easy and relaxing yet fun trip for both me and my husband.
