Welcome to your “Home Away from Home”! Enjoy your beach getaway experience with our 3-story townhome that includes custom upgrades, high-end staging with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!! Looking for quick, easy beach access? No problem! We are located across the street from the beach with amazing Ocean views from our 2nd AND 3rd floor balconies!! We absolutely love spending time here with our three children and cannot wait for you to do the same :) \*Navigating our Home\* As you enter the front door, you’ll notice a large bedroom that includes a queen-sized bed, a sleeper-sofa, small fridge with custom cabinets, and full bathroom. Our living area and kitchen are located on the second floor in an open-concept environment. Whether it’s hanging out with friends/family or eating dinner at the table, what we love about this living space is that you can look out and watch the calm ocean movement for miles on end. So relaxing! If that’s not enough, we have two ocean-facing balconies with breath-taking views, including our 3rd floor balcony located off the master bedroom with a king-sized bed. There’s also an additional bedroom with queen-sized bed, laundry room, and two full bathrooms on the 3rd floor. Want outdoor space to relax? We also have a small, private back patio and a large deck in the front on 1st street, perfect for “people watching” and enjoying the activities. There’s no need to worry about parking or finding beach access. We have 4 private parking spaces and are located, literally across the street from the beach!! It’s perfect! So you don’t have to plan to spend long hours at one time at the beach. You can easily go back and forth as needed. We have boogie boards, beach towels, and beach toys for the kids as well as board games for the family when spending time inside. Every room has an UHD 4K LED Smart TV with Hulu Live cable and WiFi available throughout the house. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc. All you need to do is grab some food/drinks and you’ll be set! All guests have access to the entire home, except for our garage. \*Checking-in\* We are very social, however we do respect everyone’s privacy. With that being said, you won’t see us during your stay but we are available by email, text and calls anytime! Upon confirmation of your booking, the night before your stay we will send you the door code so that you can enter as soon as you arrive. We change the code after each reservation. \*Surrounding Area\* The atmosphere is amazing! Aside from being right across the street from the beach, we are located within walking distance to many restaurants and eating establishments, both locally and nationally known. There’s even a Starbucks right around the corner! The space and location were absolutely perfect for our group. We were literally across the street from the beach (the weather allowed for two days spent there!) and the balcony overlooking the street allowed us to watch and interact with the myriad of bikers, runners and those walking dogs-such friendly people. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of space for to cook and move around. I reached out to the hosts prior to booking to clarify an item and they were extremely responsive. After booking, the clear and prompt communication continued. These were probably the most responsive hosts I’ve ever interacted with. If I could give this home and its hosts more stars, I would. The stairs are a little steep, so the elderly will want to be careful. One child gate is provided, but two are really needed with toddlers around, since the kitchen/living areas open to both staircases. The beach is super close and easily accessible, as is the business district with stores and restaurants. The walk to the beach can't be beat for a second row property. The decks are perfect to enjoy the ocean and sip some coffee. The property is updated nicely and well stocked. They even had umbrellas, chair, beach toys, boogie boards, pack and play and baby gate which were wonderful!! We took our sitter with us and the division of the bedrooms was nice to have her downstairs and the rest of us upstairs. I loved having the laundry on the floor with 2 of the bedrooms. Parking is super nice and easy to load and unload. I loved having the blue door when we ordered food and groceries it was easy to identify. Jessica was a great host. She was quick to respond with any questions we had and really friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is there was new construction across the street which is a bummer because the view wasn't as clear as we expected, but that isn't anything the owners can help. It was a lot more peaceful to sit outside on the weekend when the workers weren't working - again not Jessica's fault and won't be an issue when they are finished the building. We absolutely loved our stay and wish it was longer! We are already talking about going back. ##### Hannah P. The house was very roomy, clean, comfy and cute! The Jax Beach area is cool with lots nearby! We will def be back! The owners were quick to respond and helpful. ##### Kristen C. Location was close enough to restaurants and activities but still in quieter neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Clean and spacious. Parking for 3 suvs, maybe 4 smaller cars.. ##### sara h.
