This location is close to I-95, the Town Center, downtown Jacksonville, many businesses and health care facilities. This townhome comes with everything needed for a furnished rental including a one car attached garage all appliances plus a full-size washer and dryer located on the ground floor. The rear patio overlooks open green space. 2 bedrooms located on second floor. Master has attached full bath and the guest bedroom has a full bath also. Queen beds in both rooms. $75 electric fee per month. All other utilities included. Overall nice property. Enjoyed the stay. Minor problems - 1 - downstairs half bath toilet stops up inexplicably at times with no discernable obstruction. 2 - Microwave hood light is burnt out. 3 - beds are quite comfortable, but should be on a lower base for the older style innerspring base and mattress sets OR lose the unnecessary innerspring base and put the mattress directly on the higher newer style frame.
