If you’re hoping to enjoy Amelia Island’s beautiful beaches, just walk out the front door to the beach walkway that’s exclusively for Ketch Courtyard guests. \- Kitchen with a View - One of the primary benefits of staying in a vacation condo rather than a hotel is having the ability to prepare your own meals, saving you money. You’ll appreciate our fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is open-concept, allowing you to continue enjoying the wonderful ocean view while you prepare meals. Beyond pots and pans and other kitchen essentials, we also provide • Dishwasher Pods • Dish Soap • Paper Towel • Garbage Bags \- Oceanfront, Restful Living Room - After spending the day exploring Amelia Island, you can relax in our comfortable leather sofa or accent chair. There is a new flat screen TV with Comcast cable. If you want to dine in, there is a table for 4 plus additional barstool seating at the counter. \- Master Suite with Private Balcony Access - In the master bedroom, you’ll find a new king size bed, a flat screen TV, and plenty of storage space in the walk-in closet. There is even access to the private, expansive, oceanfront deck through the sliding glass doors. \- Master Ensuite Bathroom - The ensuite bathroom has a lovely antique white vanity with beadboard paneled doors. You’ll also find a beautifully tiled tub/shower combination. The bathroom amenities we provide include: • Shampoo and Conditioner • Body Wash • Blow Dryer • Towels \- Second King Bedroom - In the second bedroom, you’ll find a king bed, 2 night stands, and a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of storage. There is also a door leading from the bedroom into the second bathroom, creating an option for a private ensuite by locking the second/hallway door. Our second bedroom also includes: • A Flat-Screen TV • 2 Beach Chairs (stored in closet) • Beach Umbrella (stored in closet) \- Second Bathroom - Our second bathroom is accessible from the second bedroom and the hallway. It is very similar to the master bathroom, just a bit smaller. \- Laundry Room, Not Laundry Closet - One of the things that drew me to our condo was the fact it has a dedicated room for laundry, rather than just a closet. Above the washer and dryer, you’ll find additional shelving for storage. The views off the balcony were great, it was nice getting up early to watch the sunrise while sitting on the balcony. It was very large and there was even access from the master bedroom, as well as the living room. It was great access to beach with its own private boardwalk that took you right there. The place was clean, and we wanted for nothing as it was well stocked. Great location on the beach and just a short drive to the historic downtown district, which as great. Visit Sliders right down the road for tiki bar right on the beach and had live music. Had a very nice dinner at Salt Life which was a little further down. ##### Lori H. We love Ketch Courtyard and this unit is one of the best 2br we have stayed in. They have thought of everything you would need/want in a vacation condo at the beach. The bed was super comfortable. The complex is small enough to where there’s not a lot of others to worry about. The host was very responsive on one minor issue we had and the handyman was at my door in minutes after the request. We would absolutely stay here again. ##### Ginger S. Bathrooms were very dark, no lights in the shower area is concerning since we are over 65\. The back room was musty, smelling, and very tight and dark. King bed was nice, but it did not allow any room for any dresser or a chair to help with luggage. Owner should at least furnish luggage. rack because there isn’t even room on the floor, which I wouldn’t do to put my luggage. A closet in the back room was very musty and not conducive to hanging my clothes. Did not like the low ceilings specially when my husband is 6 feet tall. We decided to only stay there one night and we left went to another hotel. Foggy weather did not help with amenities. ##### Terry A. A simple bar across street served us well and ocean view was perfect with easy access to the beach. To make it even better an end table and place to put feet up or coffee table would help.
