A1938 original, remodeled beach bungalow family home great for a family vacation. Centrally located in Jacksonville Beach, and a leisurely 9 block walk to the beach with public access. Quiet neighborhood within close proximity of all Jacksonville Beach has to offer. Golf-course, Boat Marina, Ball-fields, water park, min. golf, arcade, go-karts all within 5 minutes. Shopping, multiple restaurants, coffee, bars, grocery, & people/dog parks. Newly added to Jax Beach is “Beach Bowl” bowling alley with ground floor and roof top restaurants just 4 blocks away. The space 3/2 Home with Laundry, Large fully fenced outdoor space for pets & activities, and ample parking for multiple vehicles, RV, Boat, or trailers. 10 minute walk to Public Beach Access, restaurants, bars, and local shopping. As well as Community Pavillion for festivals and events. Blues Fest, Jazz Fest, and beach activities. 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic or Baptist Hospital. 15 minute drive to TPC Sawgrass Golf Course. I told her I’d like to find a place to accommodate us and be accessible to all of the things I had planned. The property is beautiful, we were near EVERYTHING! The neighbors were friendly and Vicki saw to it that her instructions were clear and she notified us of everything that she had done or was doing.
