We are truly pleased you chose to stay with us and had a 5 star experience. We are a veteran family and truly care! Please place all trash in the green top can and recycle in the yellow top can.

No need to remove bedding, please place towels at base of washing machine in laundry area.

Check out is promplty at 10am on day of departure. Your access code will stop working at checkout. Please ensure you have removed all personal items prior to departure

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

•We have minimum stay requirement of 7 days for local guests. A local guest is defined as anyone living within a 100 mile radius of the property.

Great little house for a quick get away to Jacksonville. We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was very convenient to everything and the kids had a great time. The house was very well kept and cleaned.

#### Outstanding Vacation Stay

Thank You for providing a Beautiful Safe Very Clean property for me and family to stay and enjoy for an entire week! The kids really enjoyed the pool they couldn't stay out of it. We enjoyed fishing from the very safe dock. We caught fish everyday that we were there. Brought them home too! Ample space for all the kds to sleep and watch movies.
