The outside shower is also helpful to rinse off sand before entering the house. The house itself is nice - has parking for 2, possibly 3 cars, and capacity for 7 or 8, but only 1 bathroom, which can make for some logistical challenges. The sitting/eating area is also somewhat limited (one small 2-person table and a 2-stool counter). Amenities are basic, and they all work. The exterior (siding, soffits) could use a little TLC.
