This dreamy seaside home was formerly the Amelia Island Oceanfront Bed and Breakfast and is now freshly renovated but adorned with historic elements throughout to preserve it's unique history. As you walk through the front door you will enter the foyer that will lead you up the stairs into the enormous great room. Windows line the walls giving guests the most serene views. Blonde pine wood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, and upgraded finishes in this property's open floor plan leave nothing to be desired. A tan sofa and two oversized chairs positioned perfectly around a flat screen television create the most relaxing environment. Cozy up in the living room at the end of a long beach day and enjoy a movie or a good book while looking out onto the stunning horizon. The kitchen boasts remarkable character with dark toned wood beamed ceilings and matching heart pine wood walls. Marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry finish off this gorgeous space. A butcher block island offers bar stool seating for three. Magnificent ocean views can be seen from this spacious kitchen so you can enjoy the most tranquil setting while preparing a delicous meal for the family. The dining area provides a long wooden farmhouse table, 6 cane chairs and bench seating for an additional 4 people. A separate coffee bar equip with a breakfast table and a wine fridge sits adjacent to the kitchen. The huge private balcony sits just off of the living area and couldn't be any closer to the ocean. Feast your eyes on the vibrant sunrise and enjoy the most soothing sights and sounds as the waves crash down on the sandy shore. With 4 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs, this home offers plenty of space and sleeping capacity. The upstairs master is furnished with a king bed, flat screen television, the same spectacular oceanfront views, and private access to the balcony. The en suite bathroom offers a double vanity with striking granite countertops and a walk in shower. The second bedroom, also oceanfront, provides 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Walking through the living area to the opposite side of this level, you will find 2 additional bedrooms and a separate living/sitting area perfect for board games or an afternoon nap. The first bedroom in this suite area is furnished with two twin beds while the second is oceanfront and features a queen bed. A large bathroom is shared between the two and offers a walk in shower, double vanity, and impressive granite countertops. Just down the stairs you will enter the first floor made up of 3 additional suites. The first suite has it's own separate living space with a flat screen television, oversized chairs, and a small game table. Just off of this room sits an oceanfront bedroom with a king sized sleigh bed and the most amazing views. An exterior door from this bedroom leads to a small enclosed grilling and lounging area. We have been during this for the last 21 years. This was by far the best location we have visited. There was plenty room to rest and relax. The building was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The beach access was just about 15 yards out the back door. Communication with the staff was very easy and very helpful. Would recommend property to any large group looking for a beach location. We will be back next year. ##### James C. It fit the bill. The location on the ocean and the proximity to activities was great. Nothing is perfect but this is almost perfect. They provided an extra fridge which we needed. Having our entire troop all together in one home was great. Sharing the kitchen and eating together made for a family reunion we will not forget. The management were helpful in any request we needed. There are truly four “suites” where everyone can have space, but the large main living room/kitchen with the balcony overlooking the sea was where we spent the most time when inside. We had 4 adults and 6 kids (ages ranging 14 down to 1) and had perfect space for all. We would advise those with toddlers to bring 2 baby gates with gates that open and close for ease but there were several more basic ones there in the closet. We also left a booster seat to strap to a chair at the awesome dining table - we enjoyed so many meals around that table. The ocean was amazing there with tide pools in the afternoons that the youngest enjoyed for hours. I think we will be back in the future. ##### Tara B. The management reached out to welcome us and checked on us. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The house if absolutely fantastic. House management company was OUTSTANDING. Beach was right there- could watch the kids play on the beach from the porch.
