There was a leaky faucet in the bathroom, overnight flooded the bathroom. The tub is old and oddly put in backward. A good location and the property was fine for the price.

The room I picked wasn’t available and the one front desk lady wasn’t very friendly… all other staff were very friendly though. Parking lot is very small. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel, probably just overpriced for what you’re getting.

The carpet in the room was not clean. later I receive a text asking how the room is and when I mentioned it I was promised that someone will come to clean it. No one showed up. For a $290 per night, this is horrible service.

Slightly disappointed but love Hilton.
We are Hilton Honors members but I don’t remember having to request housekeeping. The first day when we left room and asked maid to fill coffee and creamer for us so she did and cleaned the room. After that the room was never cleaned again. We didn’t realize we had to request housekeeping. I am disabled the room itself was beautiful with a lot space for my wheelchair which was very helpful. We did love the room.

This hotel was pleasant, but Hilton needs to spend some time upgrading their bedding. The mattress in this room was like a BOARD! If you like an extremely hard mattress with feather pillows that don’t have enough loft left to give any shape or support for your head, this is your spot!
