Stay at this hidden gem 4 minutes from I95\. Not far from anything. Everything feels just right around the corner. 3 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom equipped for a perfect at home feel. House has a microwave, coffee maker, high speed wifi, self check in, several usb ports, & multi charging cables. Living room has a 49 inch mounted tv with a couch that transforms into a very comfortable bed. A small dining room table with high bar chairs for a calm breakfast, lunch, and dinner The space Pull into your personal parking space, step out on to the gravel and walk towards your relaxation getaway. Your home away from home. Once you walk in, you will be in the kitchen. Where you notice the high speed internet routers to your left. On your right the stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, tea pot and full kitchen with stone countertop. Open the fridge and grab some water its been a long trip. From here you will see the living room. Sink into the lovely couch while you look up at the 49 inch 4k screen. Complete with 100 channels by Xfinity, Netflix, HBO & Amazon Prime Video. Make sure to get up, its so easy to pass the whole day on the couch watching new releases. The dining table is across, nice, boutique table with high bar stools. Enjoy your cozy breakfast while still being able to watch the morning news. Or grab dinner while keeping an eye on the movie still. Also a nice USB port in the living room just in case you want to charge there as well. From here you can make your way into your bedroom. Each room has USB Ports with a multi charging cable just so you can have full battery on every wake up. Overhead light and lamps so you can adjust the light to your comfort. If you need to work the master room has a work station with available usb ports and a comfy executive chair that lets you lazar focus, and lean all the way back when you need a break. Need more beds? Perfect we have 2 high quality air mattresses. The couch also reclines. 12 pillows in total so enough to go around. Guest access You have the whole first floor unit to yourself with the parking space on the right. It is a duplex with completely separate entrances and upstairs is occupied by a friendly young couple. They have the upstairs and the parking space to the left of the house. You most likely will never see each other. Other things to note The highway is near by. This might trouble sensitive sleepers, but myself personally as a sensitive sleeper I got use to it after day 1\. A historically black college, Edward Waters College is currently a private, Christian, liberal arts college, is the oldest black college in Florida. It is a member of the United Negro College Fund. Edward Waters College initially opened its doors as Brown Theological Institute. The school was forced to close for most of the 1870s due to financial difficulties, but re-opened in 1883 with an extended educational program. It also adopted its current name which honors the third bishop of the AME church. The college was destroyed in Great (Jacksonville) Fire of 1901, the largest urban fire in southeast United States. Three years later in 1904 the AME church began rebuilding the college.
