Painted a tranquil shade of blue, and adorned with many coastal decor elements throughout, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse creates the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation getaway! The spacious living area is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy quality time with the whole family. Well appointed with a neutral colored sleeper sofa, 3 accent chairs, a large flat screen television, and a spectacular view of the ocean, this living space has it all. Walking through a glass slider just off the living area, you will find the balcony furnished with a high-top table and seating for 4 guests. Here you can enjoy an early morning sunrise or a low key afternoon dinner al Fresca. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers upgraded stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and connects to the main living area so that you can enjoy the best view while whipping up a delicious home cooked meal. This is the perfect spot to bring kids. Very convenient to restaurants, parks, ice cream, mini golf etc.. There was plenty of space for all the gear that comes with young kids (huge plus!!). Nice to have garage with beach chairs, wagon. Easy walk across to the beautiful beach. Close to Ft Clinch St Park- an interesting outing with lots to do. This condo was wonderful! The only thing that would make it better is if we could live here, full-time. It was spacious with the beautiful view you see in the pictures. The management company was attentive, and the location was exactly what we were hoping for. It's a short walk to the beach, but only a 2 minute drive, with easy public parking if you drive there. We were also maybe 10 minutes from the historic section of Amelia Island, with plenty to see and do. It is a short walk to a few restaurants (we really enjoyed Salt Life). Cinch Park is literally around the corner (bikeable). The condo has ample space throughout. The kitchen is outfitted well. There is a private garage to park your car and 3 beach chairs and buggy. The pool and hot tub area are well maintained. We will definitely be back! ##### Sandra C.
