Booked and paid in full. Flight was delayed our first night arriving around 1:00 am. The house was trashed on the inside and outside. Fencing falling off the front, dirty beds and bathrooms. Smelled like cigarettes. Tried calling for hours with no response. We had to find a hotel. Finally at 10:00 the following morning the owner would only text communicate and I demanded a refund. We are still waiting on the last 140 and haven’t seen it. Would not book this place. It’s trash. ##### Michelle D. There was an issue with overbooking the property, which was out of the owner's control, but they never communicated it to us until we reached out to them to check in. Then they proceeded to say that there was a problem with overbooking on other sites, the house cleaners could not get in because the family would not leave. Then they said they were going to have to cancel on us. Lack of communication! If they knew this when the house cleaners came earlier in the day they should have reached out to us then. They should not have waited until we actually contacted them, later in the night (30 minutes from the location), to say they have to cancel.
