Quiet and cozy. "Piece of Paradise" is just that! Located within walking distance to dining, shopping and night life. Lovely bedroom poolside, breezy cabana and plenty of places to sun. Separate living space for relaxing and eating. In the winter, use the fire pit for cozy evenings. I want to make this an enjoyable stay for you, so please, if you have any special needs or requests don't hesitate to ask. This is a separate space at my home, with its own entrance into the space and exit to the pool and backyard. I live on the property with my 16lb. hypoallergenic dog, Chica. I will allow dogs as long as they are hypoallergenic and don't weight over 20lbs. I had a very unfortunate accident where a bigger dog jumped on my dog and to make and to make a long story short it wound up costing me $3500.00 plus. There’s a very comfortably furnished outdoor cabana when you want to take a break from the pool. Cody is a wonderful host, we enjoyed spending time with her and wow, can she grill up some delicious wings & pineapple! Her property was pristine and well-manicured. The living space was quaint and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean and crystal clear pool. My absolute favorite space was the backyard pool cabana.
